The H2O Audio t-shirt design contest will end June 1st 2008. Entries must be submitted by 1:00pm on June 1st to be eligible.

Prizes

The winner will receive $200 and a shirt with their winning design. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt.

To Enter

To enter you must upload designs to the contest site by completing the following:

• Visit www.h2orider.com
• Use your Loop’d login information to go to the contest page.
• All designs will be reviewed prior to release to the contest by a site representative.
• Any designs containing nudity, foul language, graphic or offensive materials will be rejected.
• Any designs that you submit must pertain to the contest guidelines. Any design that is uploaded and does not pertain to that challenge will be rejected and will not be eligible to win a prize.

In the event of a dispute over your identity, the Uploaded Content will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. The sponsor is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to your computer occasioned by participation in the contest or downloading any information necessary to participate in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted and select winners from all eligible entries received before cancellation.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Uploaded Content which, in its sole discretion, is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these contest rules. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify you in the event you are deemed to have tampered with the entry process, violated these contest rules, or have acted in an unsportsmanlike way or disruptive manner with the intent to threaten, harass, abuse, or annoy another person in connection with the contest.

Contest Guidelines

• Enter as many shirts designs as you want. Choose from the black or white t-shirt in the template to design your shirt. Designs can have a maximum of four (4) colors and must be submitted on the template.
• You can incorporate the full H2O Audio logo or just the wave in your design but please don’t alter the proportion of the logo. Have fun and be creative!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

• If your T-shirt Design is chosen to be printed H2O Audio will contact the winner for the original artwork file with a resolution of at least 150dpi for printing.
• If the original artwork file can not be provided by the winner a new winner will be chosen.

Entry Conditions

As a condition of entry into this contest and by uploading content to the contest site, you represent and warrant the following regarding your Uploaded Content: (i) the Uploaded Content is original and legally created; (ii) the Uploaded Content does not infringe on intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of a third party; (iii) you own all rights to the Uploaded Content, including but not limited to, all copyrights related to the Uploaded Content; (iv) the Uploaded Content has not been entered in or won a previous contest or award; and (v) the Uploaded Content has not been previously published or distributed by the media.

By uploading the Uploaded Content, you irrevocably grant Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, broadcast, post, publish, transmit, display, publicly perform, encode, store, copy, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), the Uploaded Content, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
