Testing…Testing.  H2O Audio Graphic Designer and resident swimmer, Maria, and Product Manager, Pete, recently headed to the official H2O Audio testing pool for the final tuning of H2O Audio’s next swim specific product.  There are few details that I am allowed to divulge but I will say that our future latest and greatest is designed specifically for a current Apple product that may or may not be larger than a double A battery but smaller than a standard sized Post-it folded in half.  Now that I have you properly confused, here are some notes from the final field test.

Field Notes: 

Adjusting the point where the  swim goggle strap attaches has drastically improved the positioning on the head and improved the overall hydrodynamics.

Final prototype has successfully passed all  flip turn tests.

One large lime is not enough for a six pack of Carona, even though said lime was abnormally large.Â

Another successful Oceanside Ironman 70.3 for H2O Audio.  The sun was a no show on Thursday but Friday more than made up for it and thankfully it stayed beautiful all the way through the gun on race day morning.  All the usual suspects were there from last years Ironman Expo except for a disappointing no show from the vitamin energy supplement guy, which was probably a good thing considering we turned orange from an overdose last year.

Congratulations to the winners.  Matthew Reed took first place in the Men’s division with a time of 3:51.50 and Mirinda Carfrae lead the way for the Woman with a time of 4:25:02.
