How did you get started?
Moved across the country from Virginia Beach, Va in the Fall of 2003 to San Diego for the weather and general lifestyle. Once I moved out here I met some athletes and began to train primarily for Duathlon. It was not until 2005 until I began to compete in triathlons and 2006 was my first year competing in Ironmans.

4th overall amateur amateur at Ford Ironman World Champioship
What are you planning for next season?
Will be competing in the Ford Ironman 70.3 California, St. Croix 70.3 and the Ford Ironman Lake Placid, but the only race that really wakes me up the morning takes place on October 11th, 2007 (Ford Ironman World Championship).
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Finishing as the 6th overall American and 4th overall amateur at the Ford Ironman World Championship in 2007.
