During a eight month running injury, I trained strictly on a stationary bike. After returi=ning to running, I found myself lacking the ability I had before. I never came back to my full ability before cross country, and did not run for the team. That Fall I joined swim and I fell in love. I decided to try all three together and competed in the Pasadena Triathlon. After my 20 year old bike broke twice, I thought my medal hopes were out. I gathered enough to finish in second. I was HOOKED.
I am planning two to three national events, including: Aquathlon, Junior, and Sprint. Hopefully I make Worlds!
Hopefully I can say All-American, but there are a few more races left before final rankings are released.
